Multichannel Event Marketing for Levitt Pavilion Dayton
As part of my work supporting live event promotions, I created a full suite of social media captions for a summer concert series at Levitt Pavilion Dayton. Each caption highlighted key details such as artist lineups, series designations, and sponsor recognition, while maintaining a tone that was engaging, inclusive, and consistent with the Levitt brand. I also designed digital graphics for each concert that were used both as organic social media posts and as paid digital ads—visually reinforcing the energy and personality of each unique show and helping drive attendance through eye-catching, shareable content.
Complementing the social strategy, I also crafted and refined a series of 70–75 word audio ad scripts designed for broadcast across platforms like AudioGO. These scripts reflected the tone and spirit of each concert—from Funk Fest and Gospel Fest to Juneteenth and For Dayton By Dayton. I collaborated closely on voice style and audience engagement strategy to ensure each ad was informative, fun, and true to the event’s vibe. The final scripts were produced into dynamic voiceover spots that resonated across digital radio and streaming platforms.
