Multi-Phase Event Email Marketing for HBA Dayton
I developed a series of email campaigns for Homearama 2025 Touring Edition, guiding audiences through a multi-week event featuring custom homes across multiple locations. The emails covered a variety of purposes, including event announcements, timely updates, engaging reminders, and post-event wrap-ups. Each message was tailored to reflect the tone and timing of the event—highlighting tour dates, featured builders, virtual options, and final weekend urgency—while staying aligned with the Homearama brand voice.
My role included copywriting for various tones (professional, casual, cheerful), incorporating key event details, dynamic CTAs, and gratitude messaging. I also helped craft language that honored all participants equally while building excitement around each phase of the tour. These campaigns were designed to drive attendance, encourage virtual engagement, and build momentum for future events—all while maintaining clarity, warmth, and an engaging reader experience.
