Organic Social & Brand Strategy for All The Best Delicatessen

I developed and executed a full-scale organic social media content strategy for a New York-style delicatessen through Facebook Meta Business Suite, blending visually engaging content with strategic messaging that highlighted seasonal promotions, menu items, and brand milestones. This included writing original, on-brand captions for posts and stories, creating engaging Instagram Reels concepts, and aligning content with national food holidays and local events to boost relevance and community engagement.

In addition to organic content, I collaborated on brand communications including a press release for the launch of a new in-house bar, "The Best Bar," and provided strategic guidance on digital menu structuring for delivery platforms like DoorDash—balancing transparency and customer expectations. My work reflected a deep understanding of the brand's tone: warm, nostalgic, and community-focused, with a strong emphasis on quality, tradition, and hospitality.
